Orders

  • How can I contact you?

    For help with your order, contact us at help@noirpuzzles.com. For press & interview requests, contact us at press@noirpuzzles.com. For general inquiries & kind words of support, contact us at bonjour@noirpuzzles.com. We will respond as quickly as we can but please allow up to three business days as we get up to speed.

  • What's the status of my order?

    You will receive an email when your order is placed and again when it has shipped. You are always welcome to reach out via help@noirpuzzles.com with any questions.

  • I want to give this as a gift! Can I add gift messaging?

    Yes! Please add your gift message in the "order comments" section under "SHIPPING" during the checkout process. Your typed message will appear on the packing slip that is included in the package sent to your lucky gift recipient.

  • What if I need to change my order?

    Please email us at help@noirpuzzles.com as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your order and we'll do our best to process your request. Please note that we are unable to accommodate changes to the items or the delivery address once a shipping label has been created.

  • I'm missing a puzzle piece - what do I do?

    If you are missing a puzzle piece and you suspect it's a manufacturing defect, please email help@noirpuzzles.com and include a picture of the puzzle along with the puzzle name and your order number.
    We only send replacement puzzles for lost pieces due to manufacturing defects. We cannot send replacement puzzles if you lost pieces while assembling the puzzle.

  • Where you do you ship?

    We currently ship only within the US. If you live outside the US and are dying to get one, please send us a note so that we can stay in touch.

  • My puzzle arrived damaged, what do I do?

    Should your order arrive damaged, email your order number and a photo to help@noirpuzzles.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We’ll happily replace your order or issue a credit.

  • What if my item is lost or stolen?

    If your item has been marked as delivered but has not arrived, please allow a few business days for it to show up. Packages are frequently scanned as delivered before they have actually arrived.

    Please note that we are unable to replace lost or stolen items. Be sure to use the correct mailing address and track your shipment to reduce any risk of errors. In the event that it is e recommend that you reach out directly to the courier to file a claim in the event that it is lost.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

  • What's your return policy?

    You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please email help@noirpuzzles.com so that we can document the start of the return process. Products must be returned in the original packaging and have no visible signs of wear or use. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks of processing time for your refund to be applied once your returned product(s) have been received.

  • How do I frame my puzzle?

    Félicitations! We can't wait to see your priceless piece of art and hope you share it with us on social media using #noirpuzzles. To easily frame your puzzle, skip the glue and purchase NOIR puzzle presto (link to product by clicking puzzle presto). The product is quick and easy with no messy cleanup - simply peel the backing and stick it to the back of your puzzle. Voila!

  • Who are the artists behind NOIR's designs?

    Each puzzle in our WANDERLUST series features work by a travel photographer from around the world. We included their bios on each page to help you learn more about each of them.

  • What if I’m interested in placing a large order?

    We cannot blame you. We want them all to fill our passport! If you would like to purchase puzzles for a project or special occasion, contact us at bonjour@noirpuzzles.com.

  • I'm a retailer, can I buy noir puzzles at wholesale?

    Wholesale orders will be considered for select brick-and-mortar retailers. If you are interested in carrying NOIR in your retail store, please introduce yourself by email and include the name of your store and a link to your website to bonjour@noirpuzzles.com
